Sadly, many people have experienced back pain in some way or another, usually caused by a weakness in the mid section. It is vital that we keep the alignment and improve the strength of our entire core. In this class you will work on all of your abdominal muscles… not just the 6 pack! Our SWEAT-CYCLE class will target your cardiovascular system, burning 500+ calories per class, while singing along to your favourite music. The class will take you on a journey of climbing ‘endless’ summits only to reach the peak and sprint at crazy speeds, trying to race away from the pack. This is a 45 minute cycle class followed by a much needed 15 minute stretch.
About your teacher: Boni is a very competent spin,pilates and personal trainer who has been helping people stay on track for nearly 10 years. You will thoroughly enjoy her approach but beware her cheeky smile....you have been warned.
Sweat Box is designed to challenge every muscle. You will experience all aspects of boxing from strength and conditioning through to partner padwork. This circuit based class will include boxing combos as well as performing exercises such as pushups, skipping, and a variety of strength based activities. Genevieve will push you to your absolute limit, and leave you fighting.
Zumba is a Latin American Dance Class consisting of over 9 easy to follow but challenging routines. With the emphasis on Interval training, Zumba is great for improving fitness, as the routines are high intensity & lots of fun. This class aims to increase your fat burning, fitness & fun levels! About your teacher: Louise has been a dancer since the age of 3 and instructing for many years (although she’s not that old). Louise loves teaching Zumba because every class is fun.
This yoga class also includes elements of strength, stretching and some anaerobic work thrown into to the mix. We all know the benefits of stretching, but sadly we never do enough. Rather than wait for the end of the workout, we have developed a class that includes this important element. You will increase flexibility & get stronger, while enjoying some classic yoga poses.

Joseph Pilates created a series of exercises with a focus on breaking his bad posture habits and re balance his muscle lengths and strengths. His methods have been developed over the years with the introduction of Swiss balls, Bands and weights, but the main principles have remained the same. Pilates will help you discover your body through a series of slow and controlled movements that are suitable for all.

This class is for two to five year olds who just love to move. You will be amazed how the children begin to flow as they pick apples, dance like fairies and create a world of imagination and play through movement and music. Moving to music is a wonderful experience to introduce into to your child’s life.
This Martial Arts Conditioning class focuses on developing coordination, balance, flexibility and strength. Your Training will include punching and kicking drills, stretching, body-weight exercises, and standing meditation. This class incorporates training methods from Kung Fu,
Modern competitive Wushu, and traditional Tai Chi. We do not focus on self-defence , simply on physical conditioning and improving the mind-body connection.
About your teacher: Chris Serong has been practicing martial arts since 1996. In 2001 he traveled to the Shaolin Temple in China and learned martial arts from elderly monk. He has won several medals for demonstrating martial arts routines in Australia-wide Wushu and Tai Chi competitions.
